I’ve been taking 150 of thyroxine and can’t lose weight! so i increased it to 300 i’m still tired and i’m on cpap i used to be 170 and once i got out of the service, all hell broke loose! 275 and climbing while working in the yard and eating chicken, salad!!. Can't lose weight but thyroid is normal. I exercise more, eat healthy but still can’t lose weight, instead i keep gaining and now my anxiety and depression are starting to kick in…so upsetting i am giving up at this point i am currently 175 whereas i used to be between 120-140 and no matter what i do i can’t shake those extra pounds.
